Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
The short version
- Haul shows you your orders. The stores you buy from are still responsible for your orders, returns and refunds.
- Order details and delivery statuses come from your email and may be incomplete or estimated.
- You can stop using Haul and delete your account at any time.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Haul ("Haul", "we", "us") and apply when you use the Haul mobile app and the myhaul.ai website (together, the "service"). By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use Haul
You must be at least 13 years old to use Haul. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Haul only with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
3. Your account
You can use Haul as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@myhaul.ai if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Connecting your email
When you connect an email account, you authorize Haul to access it as described in our Privacy Policy, to find and organize your orders. You must only connect email accounts that you own or are authorized to use. You can disconnect at any time in the app or from your email provider's account settings.
5. What Haul is, and what it isn't
Haul is a tool for keeping track of your online orders. Haul is not the seller of anything you buy, and it is not affiliated with the stores or carriers that appear in the app unless we say so. The store you bought from is responsible for your order, its delivery, and any return, exchange or refund, under that store's own policies. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the store's inspection and eligibility rules.
Order details and statuses in Haul are derived from your emails and other sources and may be incomplete, out of date or estimated. For example, Haul may mark a package as "delivered, assumed" when a carrier has gone quiet long after its estimated delivery. Always check with the store or carrier before relying on a status for anything important.
6. Return requests and messages you send
Where Haul helps you contact a store, for example to request a return, Haul drafts a message from your answers and sends it from your own email account only when you tap Send. You are responsible for the content of messages you send and for making sure they are accurate. Haul does not guarantee that a store will reply or agree to your request.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Haul for anything illegal, or to harass, defraud or mislead anyone, including stores;
- connect an email account you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or try to access it in ways we don't offer, such as scraping or automated access;
- reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it; or
- use Haul to send spam or bulk messages.
8. Other services and links
Haul may open stores' websites, returns portals and other services that we don't control. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Changes to the service
Haul is new and changing quickly. Features may be added, changed, labeled as previews, or removed. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, and will give notice when we reasonably can.
10. Our content and your feedback
The Haul app, website, name and design belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Haul and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to in order to protect the service, other users or the law.
12. Disclaimers
Haul is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will find every order.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any) or US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the effective date above, and if the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Haul after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
